I was so scared for my guinea pig Swirl. They were so flexible getting me an appointment and were so kind. The treatment didn't break the bank and it was successful. I even learned some diet things to help him live better and this helped me improve the diet of my other ones at home! Aurora Vet wanted to do what was right to help him get better and not just charge me. I don't know what I would've done otherwise.
Very enjoyable experience. Had Chance's name on a welcome board ! so cute! We will be back for his kitten boosters in a couple weeks

Since switching to Aurora and Streestboro Vet Clinics we have had nothing but the most amazing experience with our animals. Our Sméagol kitty was laid to rest in August and they were the most kind and gentle people with our loss. Dr. Jennifer Kartley and Vet Tech Amber were incredible. They made sure we knew what was best for our baby! When picking up Sméagol's remains they had a card for me and my family and many inked paw prints of his paw. It was the sweetest thing.
