Excellent service and they always see Shadow asap. The only thing I find disappointing is Shadow is afraid of the vet. He is absolutely terrified every time we take him, and they don't do anything to help with the anxiety. They just want a muzzle on him which only makes it worse.

Well, Abby had a reaction to the vaccine that was given her. She wouldn't get out of the suv when we came home. I had to lift 60 lbs. of lab out and carry her inside. She slept for over 9 hours. She finally drank some water and went potty. We were scared, I even called the er vet to ask what to do.I have never had a dog do this. And I know each animal is different. I wished I was warned a...

We will keep coming back everybody was very nice. We love dealing with Kathy Fish and have been following her around to whatever animal hospital she has been working with.

The assistants at Apalachee Ridge genuinely care about their pet patients. They are gentle in their handling and understand pet behavior. This is very important when many of the pet patients are rescues that may have come from abusive backgrounds. The physicians are thorough and knowledgeable.

Waited more than 45 minutes after appointment time to be seen. Otherwise things were great. Time is important to people, so it would be helpful to be more on time with appointments.

I have no complaints and we both enjoyed our visit. However, I need to visit more and learn more about the dr. And opinions on vaccines and food. I am happy with the service and follow up,I received.
