Let me start off by saying that I adore every single woman at the front desk. They are sweet, warm, welcoming, and exuberant about their job. Any time I bring either of my dogs in they want to interact with them. However, I feel like I have to say this so others can get a heads up from my own experience. Scott and Denise Halsey, we fired you as clients because your wife was verbally abusive to my staff. I will ALWAYS stick up for my staff. Your wife called us a liar, saying our doctor never called her with bloodwork results after admitting you all get no service and miss voicemails as you travel to the mountains during the week. We sent you the screenshot of the proof of when she called you. I’ll leave with this: In a world where you can choose to be anything, always choose kindness.
Last year I took my dog here for a surgery ($2700). We had some difficulties in the healing process but Dr. Huber examined our dog and released him as a successful recovery. However, we had to board our dog a couple days after she released him because he was due for his shots and needed them to board. The Doctor did a physical exam and declared that the surgery was a complete failure from the beginning. We were flabbergasted and upset.
