RecommendedThere aren't words to describe how caring Dr. Francine Postiglione is! Our Yorkie decided to eat half the beach sand on Friday, and Saturday I called and got an 11:15 appointment. The team took such good care of Molly, and when the x-ray showed that she had so much sand in her tummy and intestines, Dr. Fran had tears in her eyes, she was so worried. She took a conservative approach with our situation, which I appreciate because it didn't unnecessarily run up a big bill. She explained her evaluation and plan to me, and I felt very confident with her diagnosis and treatment plan. There needs to be more compassion from the staff. Just called to let them know that my 13 year old Corgi had passed away so as to not to send any more "your dog needs a check up" postcards. Spent 5 minutes on hold, then when I said he had passed away all I got was an "okay, we'll take him off the records". Seriously??? Not even an "I'm so sorry".... so disappointed in what this clinic has become.
