The staff here is very kind and helpful. They offer wonderful pet care and I’ve yet to meet a Dr that hasn’t shown true compassion for their patients. It’s clean and decorated nicely with cute art throughout the facility!
Dr Laura Young was wonderful with our “difficult” dog. Answered all of our questions and offered treatments keeping our budget in mind! Kudos to Abby the vet tech as well! Our first visit went so smoothly!
Everyone at the office was kind and efficient. After calling frantically for an emergency with my bearded dragon, they got me an emergency appointment within 10 minutes. Upon arriving they quickly took my beardy back to check her out. They did everything they could to help care for her and explained what they were doing and what options I had along the way. After moving to the area we had to find a new vet for our two cats and have had a great experience with Animal Medical Clinic in Melbourne. The staff were kind and knowledgeable in our initial visit. After learning that one of our cats required dental work, we were a little hesitant at first just because we were so new. However the entire process was smooth and efficient. This was my first time at this vet and first time personally having to bring an animal of mine to the vet. I was impressed with how clean and well coordinated the office was, especially during the busy holiday season. From the receptionist to the vet tech and doctor, everyone was super kind and did their best to make me and my kitten comfortable, which she definitely was! This is a great office and I know my cat will be in good hands when she returns for more care.
