This was my first time at this vet and first time personally having to bring an animal of mine to the vet. I was impressed with how clean and well coordinated the office was, especially during the busy holiday season. From the receptionist to the vet tech and doctor, everyone was super kind and did their best to make me and my kitten comfortable, which she definitely was! This is a great office and I know my cat will be in good hands when she returns for more care.
I can’t say enough good things about the care my dog, Phineas, received this week at Animal Medical Clinic. We came in for his annual teeth cleaning, but the visit quickly turned into something much more serious. Not long after dropping him off, I received a call from Dr. Mary Kaufman, who explained that Phineas’ blood work showed some concerning results. This was my first visit to Animal Medical Clinic, and after trying two other vets without much success, I’m so glad I found them! I have a large dog who was quite sick, and after a short, uncomfortable visit to another vet, my dog’s condition worsened the next day. I called Animal Medical Clinic and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Dr. Bernard and the entire staff were amazing. I wish there was a way to give a minus 5 rating. I brought my dog Luppi in for a dental cleaning under the recommendation of Dr. Laura Young on Wednesday 2/19/2025. It is nerve racking enough that your baby is sedated. Dr. Kaufman called and said that the cleaning went well, but recommended to remove 2 teeth. She later back tracks and says she said a few. It turns out they removed 6 teeth from my boy!!!!!! He has not been the same since. I will never trust this vet.
We have been going to the Animal Medical Clinic for about 26 years, that says how much I trust and love this practice. I returned Saturday with a new adopted puppy, who is not real trusting of people and really is not happy with other dogs. The staff took great care of Mia and she came through the appt great. Thank you to the staff.
