Well I have a puppy that I brung in that ended up with parvo was kept there for 3 days with no progress I picked him up the same way I dropped him off only I had a bill for almost 1300 dollars part of the bill I was charged 140 a day hospitalization level 1 Dm care which no one is even in the facility at night with the animals so I don’t get that . I just received a phone call from the manager Laura telling me to not come back to their clinic because I was dissatisfied with their care. Several months ago I transferred my Pets from their clinic to a new clinic because they had two puppies of mine they were treating, couldn’t figure out what was wrong with them, updated me through the day that they were improving and when I picked them up that evening they BROUGHT ME A DEAD PUPPY!
