After countless tries to find a clinic (in Charles City) that would see my special needs kitty for a possible urinary/bowel obstruction I called advance pet care In Cedar Falls and without a pause they said absolutely we made the 45 minute drive and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. From the receptionist to the tech and doctor outstanding customer service and compassion! All I can say is thank you! It's hard when your not from Iowa and your furry child gets sick! Thanks again!
RecommendedDr. Stevenson was great with our old dog, Stella, who can be problematic with strangers and was very nervous. She answered all of my questions and is very friendly and knowledgeable! We will certainly be coming back!
