We're Here Whenever You Need Us! At Advanced Animal Care we strive to be a place that doesn’t turn anyone away and that our staff look forward to coming to work. We opened in December of 2008 as the area's first 24 hour animal hospital. AAC is family owned and we plan to stay that way. We have a lot of the benefits that a corporate practice would have and yet maintain the feel of a local organization.

RecommendedAbsolutely would recommend to anyone! We had a tragic emergency late Saturday evening/early night and no local vets would help us. We drove an hour to Advanced Animal Care of Richmond and the staff was very compassionate and caring with Blondie and us from the very beginning until the end when I picked up her urn today. One staff member even done nose and paws prints for us and a clipping of her fur, i can not explain how much that meant to us. Will not be using anywhere else for my furbabies <3
Recently moved here to Richmond. Have taken our cat, Kitty and our dog, Lucy to Advanced Animal Care. Services and staff were great. We have found our new vet!

Took our boy Blue to AAC last night. It was our first trip there and we will definitely go back if we ever need to! The staff were all so kind and had us in a room as soon as we walked in. They loved on our fur baby and treated him so well. He’s feeling much better now thanks to AAC! Thank you guys!
I can’t have enough good things to say about this place and these people!! They got our sweet pug in for a c-section and treated us and our pug amazing!
very caring and loving people
We took my child’s hamster to Advanced Animal Care after a horrible experience at another clinic. They vet was gentle and caring with the hamster and also wonderful with calming the fears of my child. Highly recommend Dr. C-C and her amazing staff.
My dogs eye popped out the other night. They was very helpful and caring. They took great care of my puppy. I would highly recommend them for any emergency on your pets.
