We needed an appointment for Kelli because of her neck which was red, inflamed, bleeding. Painful, I'm sure. You worked her in on Tuesday. I had an appointment on Wednesday but this would not wait. She received WONDERFUL, gentle care and did not get upset even when a muzzle was used so the side of her face could be shaved. Mario and Dr. Debra Gryder were wonderful with her.
