Needed a vet and took our dog to Western Reserve in Pierpont. ALL the people there were wonderful. Also, I was told they were expensive. I called around and they were the least expensive in this area. Please keep in mind that this was 1 visit but I assure you that when I need a vet again, they will absolutely be the first place I will go. Very happy with their care and I will recommend them to everyone.
Amazing staff! Highly recommended! Dr. Mackenzie gives your pet quality time and follow up calls. I cannot say enough good things about Western Reserve!
Dr. Rielinger is an exceptional Veterinarian. I took my pup Willie in on an urgent appointment,because his regular vet of 4 years couldn't make time. By the end of the appointment with Dr. Rielinger I requested his records transfered, she showed Willie and I what real veterinary care is like.
Had our first visit today and everyone was so kind and helpful. Did not feel pressured. Prices were extremely fair. Everyone was informative and even got a goodie bag to take home. We will definitely be back for future visits with the rest of our pets.
Totally recommend, thorough, professional, compassionate. Dr Rachel is awesome 👌
