I called in explaining my situation and this was at closing time. They had me bring in my over due female dog and they were absolutely amazing with her. They did an X-ray discovering that a puppy was having a problem passing through the pelvic area. They quickly called staffing back to prepare for a c section. On Wednesday's the doctors aren't in, however with our situation she got there so quickly. Excellent care! Dr. Hall is wonderful, very good at diagnosing & treating. We have been taking our dogs there for several years. We had to have one of our elderly dogs put down and I know that she felt as bad as we did. The office staff is very good also, they will go out of their way to help with information or any assistance you may need. Because of the way everyone treats you and your pets the animals stay relaxed and feel very safe. We would recommend their office any time.
No compassion, rude receptionists. Main focus is on profit over animal care. Recommend visiting a clinic where the staff have empathy for the animals and their humans.
