Thank you so much Meg for helping our little Lucy Lu in her final stages. It was utterly heartbreaking but your kindness and care helped us so much. We will always remember your thoughtfulness and comforting words. We will miss Lucy terribly. 15 years of love, joy and adventures. How lucky were we to have her in our lives for so long and then to have to the caring help for her at the end of her wonderful life. Thank you again, words cannot fully express our appreciation.
So incredibly grateful to the entire team at Warrnambool Veterinary, everyone down to the administration staff have been incredible in keeping our little boy Freddy, happy, safe and loved during his 9 night stay. A huge special mention to Dr Shatha you may just be Fred’s second favourite person now besides mum and dad. Eternally grateful for you all ❤️

Love, love this vet practice. Bailey gets really excited to visit, even if he’s in pain. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and supportive when fur babies and their nervous parents need it.
