I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE WHO HELPS MY LITTLE SULLY. HE MEANS THE WORLD TO ME. EVERYONE IS GREAT. SO WHEN I RATED THE ONE ITEM ABOUT COST VS. THE QUALITY OF THE PEOPLE.. THE COSTS AT TIMES APPEARS OVER WHELMING. I WAS SURPRISED AT 25.00 CHARGE FOR CUTTING THE NAILS AFTER 700.00 WAS SPENT WAS EVEN APPLIED. SOME OF THE CHARGES SEEM A LITTLE HIGH AT TIMES. BUT I WANT TO AGAIN THANK EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED WITH OUR APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY.
After talking with Adam and getting that issue cleared up with the cat, I felt much better and more informed as to why the medication given was chosen. However, when I took Michie in for a UTI and got the bill I was a bit shocked at the cost. Being on a fixed income now the prices charged seem outrageous.
Thank you for getting Hank in on short notice. I also really appreciate the doctor explaining different options for treatment. Most important, I didn't feel pressured into extra services. Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

We needed to bring Cruz in after she thought it was a good idea to eat a glove. This was on a Sunday so we figured it would be a time consuming process to get her in but to our surprise you are open on Sunday's! Bria was fantastic when I called, telling us the doctor would be coming and to bring Cruz in. Once there the entire process to "remove" the glove only took about 45 minutes. Dr. Ahmann was her usual calm, cool and collected self and we are very grateful for her! Keep doing what you're doing.

This appointment was an emergency c-section on a very busy day. I am very grateful to Veterinary Village for agreeing to help my Golden have her puppies because no one else would help. Thank you!!
