worst place EVER! THEY DO NOTHING IN OFFICE BUT CHARGE YOU. brought our puppy in with a stool sample thinking he had worms. they refused to check the stool yet did a xray for $500 (that we didnt get results for, for 3 days) then when the pup started puking up worms and we took them the worm and a stool sample it took another day to get told he infact has worms but had to wait hours longer before getting dewormer. and just kept being told to calm down. they said the vet would call us when he got in. I called back after he w... read more
I HATE IT!!!
I would not recommend Dr. Zelle. No bed side manner at all when putting down a dear family members cat. He muzzeled the poor cat and did not even ask if the family wanted any time with her, to hold her, to say goodbye. Luckily the nurse came out and asked if they wanted to come in the room. They obviously did, they came into the room and Dr. Zelle gave the shot immediately, not even asking the family if they were ready. This vet needs to be fired. He obviously does not care for animals or their loved ones, especially during ... read more
The only think I don’t understand is why I was charge an Urgent Care fee when I told them I would like my dog to be seen in the next day or two , and it WAS the next day. Urgent sounds like if I just brought her in as an emergency. What is considered Urgent in this regard and how are the office fees reflected as such? $120 to walk in the door seems excessive.
When you tell a client that their pet needs surgery and explain what they need to do to make that happen, then you tell that client what YOU will do, YOU should do it ! The sending of files and X-RAYS is a very crucial part of a patient who needs rather urgent surgery. I paid the exorbitant fee of $400+ for a noon Sunday appt and X-ray to find out there was nothing that could be done at your clinic except a referral. I expect the referral and paperwork to go along with it sent to the hospital as I was told it would be. Not o... read more
Changing the policy for being allowed to be near my bitch up until surgery and present with the puppies while being born, after my arrival was unprofessional and disturbing, as was watching 4 staff members hold her down for 20 minutes while repeated attempts were made to insert a catheter in either front leg, by the same techs who earlier couldn’t hit the vein to give her an injection. Both times, another veterinarian was called to assist and both hit the vein on the first attempt. Brandy is a soft tempered girl and putting ... read more
Yes it needs to change! I too have been facing that same dilemma and it breaks my heart. It sure isn't looking out for a good home then ifor all thoses it
1. The veterinarian was kind, gentle and informative. 2. I spent time completing the online form with specific information prior to the visit, but the staff did not print the form for my file prior to the visit. Therefore, I was asked for the same information during the visit, which was frustrating, since I was not prepared to provide the information at the visit. 3. I was offered information about managing the infertile bitch, which was helpful. I asked about the ICSB CF, which was recommended. I was not made aware of the s... read more
There was miscommunication regarding Bengal’s status, when I could pick him up. Receptionist told me O would be called at 4:00. The team thought I was told to pick him up at 4:00. I came to clinic at 5:30 since I had not been called. Everyone apologized for the confusion, but quality of receptionists seem to be a weak link in your processes. Excellent care by Dr Zella
