We always have an amazing experience at Valley Vet. Everyone treats Nela like their own and she actually has started to look forward to parading in front of the staff looking for compliments!

First visit for annual check-ups for my two pups. Overall, I was very pleased with the care. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. Different options (relating to preventatives, microchip, etc.) were explained, but I didn't feel at all pressured to purchase. We will definitely continue to come here!

Since you asked, I will say that I was somewhat disappointed in my visit. The technician was quite nice and handled my cat Duffy well, but the doctor came in, didn't introduce herself or discuss anything about the condition of my cat. I asked the technician about his weight and she said he had gained l5 pounds. The previous year he had remained the same the same weight as the year before, so I...
