Friendly and kind.
Brought my pup in for his first visit and was pretty nervous about it myself. Valley Veterinary Hospital exceeded my expectations by far and prooved that I had nothing to worry about. The staff welcomed my puppy which helped him stay calm and he even got to meet a cat in the waiting room! The treats he got during his visit along with the ice cream he got to take home are going to have him...
Always professional. My cat is not the easiest to do with and have had some bad experiences with other vet's but not Valley Veterinary. Great staff! I highly recommend Valley Veternairy.

The receptionist was very nice. I went there to purchase Frontline for my pooch.
The vet and the assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Staff was very efficient but caring and friendly at the same time.
We were seen quickly (earlier than our actual appointment time) and both the nurse and vet were friendly and helpful. Thank you for running such a friendly and efficient office!
Dr. Grove provided quick but thorough care with a very nervous cat!
