Our time with Urban Vet was brief but amazing. Dr. Torok and her staff did an exceptional job helping us make the challenging decision to put our dog down. The level of kindness and care that was shown will never be forgotten. Would recommend this practice to anyone and when we are ready for another pet we will be using them as our vet.
My 10 year old cat has not been to the vet in 7+ years, because she gets aggressive and violent. She had even been turned away by a previous vet due to her behavior when I tried to take her in. I went to Dr. Torok and her and her staff were top-notch. They called me the day before to offer me some options for my cat so that she wouldnt be as nervous at the appointment. You can just tell when you first meet Dr. Torok and staff that they genuinely love what they do, and are very compassionate. They are very thorough in their explanations, and listen when you have a question or concern. THANK YOU!!

I have been taking my Westie here for the last 6 months and I LOVE the staff and Dr. Torok. They are wonderful with my dog and are very knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend this vet!
