Great vets but terribly rude receptionist, I believe her name was Suzanne today. This was my second experience with rude receptionist. I’ll be looking for a new vet now.
When I called them to refill my dog’s medication, I was told the vet would need to see my dog and they only had drop off appointments that day. They did NOT advise me of any additional fees for dropping off my dog. When I dropped off my dog, they showed me a $15 fee for hospitalization. Yep, hospitalization. When I went to pick up my dog, the charge became $20 for surgical hospitalization. That was just to get a refil of the skin allergy med for my dog. They are a rip off. Charged me $177.36.
