We recently had to put our beloved 14 year old Westie down. The entire staff from the very first phone call until we received his ashes. My daughters were tyring to figure out how to get his paw print last minute. In a card we received after the visit, they included his paw print. Our hearts runneth over! The Dr treated Jester as if it were her own pet. The tech was extremely sympathetic to our needs. Great team!! Front desk, vet assistant & Vet doctor . Thank you to everyone for taking care of my sir Patrón ( Shar Pei) dog. Next day after my visit I got a fallow up call asking for my dog. Also after your visit you get a coupon for a free treat @ three dog bakery across street of the plaza. Came back 2 weeks later for a check up ...all girls happy to see us. Thank you again
We visited Dr. Sam for the first time today with our two cocker spaniels. Our first clear indication of what the practice was like came when Kasey took the histories on the girls: she was efficient, knowledgable, and very pleasant. Then Dr. Sam came in. She was energetic, reassuring to the dogs, easy to talk to, and willing to discuss a couple of concerns with us without talking down to us. We will definitely be back.
We just moved to Sarasota in June and have had the same vet in Illinois for 20 years. When our dog had something go wrong we didn't know where to go, so after reading reviews we chose Dr. Sam and the University animal Clinic. Thank Heaven!!!! We found the right Dr and Staff for our dog. He was right at home and treated like he had been there before. Dr Sam pinpointed the problem and it was fixed in nothing flat. We thought we were in trouble and we are not. So happy!!!
