Super pleased with Towne Park Animal Center! They got us right in same day and quickly upon arrival. Dr. Jess was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know while answering all our questions. We were conveniently able to pay in the exam room as well which eliminated a lot of the hassle of paying at the front desk while managing a dog and kiddo. They also helped me out to the car with my child and told me to call next time if I needed help bring our pet in as well. I will definitely be coming back and am excited... read more
I brought my dog, Buddy, into the Towne Park Animal Care Center to have an annual wellness checkup. The staff was extremely efficient and spent a significant amount of time examining and discussing Buddy's health status. I was pleased with the attention to detail and the professionalism that the staff exhibited. The veterinarian, Dr. Erin Brown, is a very thorough and is a caring person, who explains your animal's condition in great detail. I would recommend this organization to any pet owner.
Fairly new to the area and wanted to find a good vet office that also offered boarding. Let's just say I'm so glad I choose Towne Park Animal Care Center. The staff are so welcoming, nice, and they truly care about your pet. Nube always looks happy in the pictures they send which you can ask for! 10/10
I cannot speak more highly of this vet office! Our sweet rescue pup tested positive for so many things and Dr Russell was thorough and diligent in getting him treated. He even personally called me with results and a treatment plan. He is doing so well now! Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs to Dr Russell has been absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly transparent about their prices and very affordable. Hands down the best vet office in Huntsville/Madison! Thank you Dr Russell and team!
We brought our dog to visit as an emergency- they fit us in immediately and we saw a vet within 5-10 minutes. They kept our girl under observation and were so kind. They let us know tentative pricing up front so there were no surprises and invited us back for “happy visits” so our anxious pup could get to know them and become more comfortable. We are considering swapping all of our pet care here. We had an amazing experience and they went above and beyond to ease our fears and take care of our girl. 10/10.
