Our thank you via Yelp is overdue. Dr. Wood and Jenna were absolutely amazing with us when we brought in our calico cat in August. We knew she was at her end and they consistently followed up and truly cared for our family member on 4 legs. Our Bonnie was peacefully put to sleep with them and as sad as it was after 17 years, they completely gave us comfort throughout the entire process. Being a pet owner for 25 years I had meet a lot of veterinarians. I sincerely believe Dr Wood and his team are the best . Dr Wood is kind, knowledgeable, has amazing bedside manners and is very honest. His staff is supportive, gentle and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Wood and his team to anyone, who wants an excellent care for their dogs or cats.

No issues with the staff friendliness. Wouldn't recommend this place for emergencies with your pet, but regular checkups and vaccine visits are good.

I've lived in PQ for well over 20 years and finally have found a vet that I am comfortable taking my pets to. We visited Dr Wood and his staff when one of our older dogs came down with an infection. From the moment we walked in the door, we could tell Dr. Wood and his team genuinely cared about the well being of our canine family member. I can not thank Dr Wood, Jenna, Rachel and Casey enough for their expertise, professionalism, outstanding service and clean, safe environment. They sincerely care about your pet and your overall experience from the moment you walk in the door. You will NOT find a better Vet in town than Dr Don! Dr. Wood and his team at Torrey Highlands Pet Health Care Center are a welcome addition to the community! They made us instantly feel at home, and were very kind and caring to our frightened dog! (She was there for her annual physical and vaccinations.) It can sometimes be hard to try a new vet--but I'm so happy we did. We received excellent care, advice and follow-up, and feel so comfortable with their office and set-up, and are confident in their expertise! They made us feel like part of the family. Highly recommend.

We adopted our Bella Bean about 3 months ago and she has been adjusting to her new life well but there were a few things we were concerned about. The pet concierge that has been helping Bella Bean recommended Dr. Wood and his staff and BOY ARE WE GLAD WE DECIDED TO TAKE THEIR RECOMMENDATION! Facilities - SPOTLESS! We visited THPHCC for the first time on Saturday for a health check up. I had a couple concerns about my dog. Dr. Wood assured me what she is experiencing is normal for a 10 month old. The staff was very thorough and helpful with any questions I had. The center was spacing out appointments so they had time to disinfect in between clients. It was extremely clean. Azula also enjoyed the abundance of treats. Thank you! We will see you soon!
