Thank you so so much for treating Lenny's ear infection. We will definitely be coming back. The staff was thorough, clean, patient and kind. Dr. Wood made Lenny as comfortable as possible during her puppy exam. They really care about their patients. We found our forever vet!

The lady who sits in the front is so nice and caring. She always remembers me and my dog and cares deeply for animals. The prices are reasonable and all the care is great. Would highly recommend.

There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience with Dr. Wood and staff. You expect compassionate care for your pets, and THPHCC does not disappoint. The best part for me has been communication and follow up. Dr. Wood explained in detail everything that was going to take place and what to expect. As to follow up, the calls from Dr. Wood are above and beyond any other veranarian I have ever been to. Ii could not more heartily recommend THPHCC.

The team at the Torrey Highlands Pet Healthcare Center is absolutely phenomenal. You and your pet feel welcomed and at ease every time you set foot inside. Jenna is outstanding and has a remarkable memory - I never have to remind her of my own or my pet(s) names, and she always knows exactly what we are there for. She even provided my kitten with a bag of free treats the last time we were there! Dr. Wood and his staff went above and beyond. Jenna emailed me the intakes forms and she was so kind and compassionate. It really put me at ease knowing that I was able to get Shiva in right away to see Dr. Wood. My poor kitty had liquid stool for 3 days and vomiting. They completed a thorough exam and ordered a blood panel, a stool and urine sample, all at a reasonable cost. The next day I was emailed the lab work and called directly by Dr. Wood. Finally found our forever vet! I hope they never change. Our dog had an eye infection and needed to be seen immediately. The other vets were booked, required emergency fees. We didn't know it was that serious. I was panicking and called every vet in the area and by luck found Torrey Highlands Vet Dr. Wood and staff was calm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Torrey Highlands Pet Health Care Center gets 5 stars! Dr Wood and Jenna are very professional, thorough, polite and care about your pet. We have used other vets and were not satisfied. Our search for a good vet is finished - Dr Wood and staff are super and we highly recommend them.
