Interestingly enough, the first time I came to this clinic years ago, I didn't have the greatest impression (average experience). However, my cat experienced a ruptured anal gland one night and I panicked calling all the vets around my area - this was the only one that could fit me in the same day due to a cancelled appointment, thankfully.
