The Waggin' Train was founded in 2005 by Drs. Scott and Kristin Broussard. We started off as the region's only full-service mobile clinic and continue to be today! In 2013 we accomplished our dream of opening our brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital in Scott, LA. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to give your pet a long, healthy, and happy life!

My sweet baby was very sick when I brought her in! I had a 5 lb yorkie around 11 years old. I was new to the area and I had went to one vet and walked right back out because they were not nice at all! I decided to come here, BEST CHOICE EVER! My baby had LOTS of health issues. Skin problems, ear issues, eye issues, seizures, food allergies, you name it she had it! I couldn't drive back to where I was from to bring her in. So I explained to them what happened. They go above and beyond in Veterinary care. I highly recommend them for your pet's needs.
I was able to get my kitty an appointment 45 minutes from the time I called. Within an hour poor Walter had been examined, diagnosed with a UTI, given antibiotic and anti-inflammatory shots, and made it back home. The staff and the service was exceptional! The clinic is beautiful as well! Individual exam rooms are awesome, and Dr. Broussard really takes his time and explains everything! This place is top notch for all your veterinary needs!
