The Waggin' Train was founded in 2005 by Drs. Scott and Kristin Broussard. We started off as the region's only full-service mobile clinic and continue to be today! In 2013 we accomplished our dream of opening our brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital in Scott, LA. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to give your pet a long, healthy, and happy life!

RecommendedMy husband and I would like to thank Dr Scott and his staff for staying late last night when we rushed our four Belgian Malinois puppies in when they were having seizures. They are now 100% better and back to normal. Without you guys, I’d hate to think of where they would be. Aries, orange, gray, and red pictured below just a few minutes ago :)

The only place I can be confident that my animals receive the best care possible. I've been to many vets that just don't personally like cats and my boy is the calmest I've ever seen him around any vet staff! My male dog has trust issues and hates being held down, and these awesome people make sure he is comfortable during a nail trim and lay on the floor with him! I've never experienced a vet clinic that has cared for pets like they do!
My first mobile visit was a great one. My dog had several issues that needed attention. They were very patient,knowledgeable and did an amazing job..

They did an amazing job grooming my Maine coon cat. It was her first professional grooming experience and we couldn’t be happier. She had areas of matted fur so the groomer discussed style options with me and we landed on this cute cut to make my cat happier and mat-free! The cut is well blended and even.
A very nice staff all the way around,we love them !!!!
