The Waggin' Train was founded in 2005 by Drs. Scott and Kristin Broussard. We started off as the region's only full-service mobile clinic and continue to be today! In 2013 we accomplished our dream of opening our brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital in Scott, LA. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to give your pet a long, healthy, and happy life!

Recommendedvery nice staff, so far they have been very good at handling my drama dog, cuz she l8terally screams while getting her nails clipped. it's just a nice place, down to earth staff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor Kevin was extremely knowledgable, explained everything so we understood. The care we were given was exceptional. I would defenitely reccomend this place . I felt we were treated like family.
Love love love this place. My babies get groomed there and every time my Dalmatian gets either sick or into something because he’s a hot mess. The amazing staff and doctors get him all fixed up!! Could not recommend the waggin train more!! They are truly a blessing to humans and animals. Thank you for always taking care of my babies!!!

Couldn’t ask for a more compassionate place to take our Sage. Five months ago we had to have an emergency second opinion from a Veterinarian Clinic. The one we had been using for years just didn’t let things sit right in our hearts. We were seeking out that second opinion and fast. The Waggin Train was highly recommended by One of our sons closest friends. Our darling, “Freckles”, wasn’t well. Loosing weight and not eating. Super nice office. Both the building and the people. Everyone was super friendly and caring, and our fur baby got the most attention, even though he wasn't feeling up to it.
So after finding out that our groomer was hanging her scissors up, I had to hunt for a new one. This would be no small feat, as I was looking for someone to fill some fairly large shoes. After a failed attempt with a new groomer, I went out on a limb ( my boys were looking ragged) and contacted Rae with Grooming by Rae. Rae exceeded my expectations to say the least!!
