The staff is so sweet and incredibly patient. My doggy was so scared and anxious the Dr and staff gave her a lot of time to adjust to the exam. They were kind enough to explain how to prepare for her next visit. They offered for us to come back for a Happy Visit which allows my baby to walk around, get weighed, and just relax in the waiting area so she's not so nervous next time. I would highly recommend. Worth every penny!
Love the care they take of my Maggie. They are always patient, caring, knowledgeable, and take the time to fully explain what is happening and my options. I highly recommend this office and everyone there. They are also very reasonably priced. I never feel taken advantage of.
My expectations were not only met but exceeded. I was so nervous about my cat's appt today, as it's been a while and the last place I took her was very dog centric and she hated it. I didn't think to bring in medical records, but the front desk took care of it! My vet tech and Dr. Milligan were very engaging and made sure my girl was taken care of. I am so glad they're here and will be returning!
This practice is a brand new family business. I was very impressed from the time I called to inquire about an appointment for my new kitty to our actual visit for the appointment. They treated me with kindness and made my kitty and me feel very comfortable. They genuinely cared for my kitty’s health and answered my questions with confidence and knowledge. Very professional! The entire staff was great! Thank you!
This review is late but, I have been sick. I want all pet owners to understand what an amazing veterinarian Dr.Milligan is respectfully. I had to bring my dog to her after an unfortunate experience with a different well known hospital in Columbia. My discernment told me to get my dog rechecked so,I did a google search and found her hospital. She saw me in a decent time, explained everything to me that was going on and was thorough.
