Great Vet, Not Very Great Practice My cat Duff was seen about 6 weeks ago for an oncology consult after a pathology report found that he has skin cancer. I specifically requested the vet (I'll not identify her here) that saw Duff; she had been highly recommended by a friend, and she was fantastic. She recommended a 'watchful waiting' approach for signs of metastasis. The team at oncology service is top notch. When your fur baby is referred here it's devastating news, but they offer great advice and excellent care. My only regret in the process is I hesitated to think the opinions over. I wish I would have immediately started treatments, maybe we would have given our girl a little longer.
I tried calling them over 2 weeks ago to schedule an appt for my dog. I got a answering message(during normal business hours) saying they would call back within 48 hrs...waited a qeek with no response. Called again 2 Dec 23, received the same message and still have not received a call back
