RecommendedThe entire staff at the Oncology Service in Leesburg was a comfort to our family. The initial outlook was for our Bailey to be with us for 6 months after her cancer operation. Dr(s) Rusk, White and Manley embraced her and through treatment and love, enabled our girl to get two years of quality life before the cancer took her life. Two years ago our vet told us something was wrong with our beloved Fenways numbers. Having lost a dog to lymphoma we knew what meant. Enter Dr Rusk and his team. From the first visit Dr Rusk gave us confidence we had a plan...and now TWO YEARS LATER, our old lab Fenway is still here, thriving at 14.5 years old! For the past month I have worked with the teams in both Springfield and Leesburg for radiation treatment for my dog’s brain tumor. He finished his week of SRT today and no matter what happens from here with his progress, I am SO happy and grateful to Dr. Gordon in Springfield and the whole team of technicians I worked with this week in Leesburg. Highly recommend TOS in Richmond. My local oncologist could not get me in for 3 weeks. I called TOS and they got me in the next day and immediately started treatment bc I had a diagnosis. The doctors and vet techs explained everything in great detail and always answered any questions I had throughout the entire 15 week treatment. Always friendly, professional and were very kind to my dog. I hope I never have to return to an oncologist again but if I do, I’ll bring them here. Thank you!

a year ago my dog Bella was diagnosed with cutaneous lymphoma. they treated her there and she is doing okay. she was not expected to survive six months, but here we are a year and counting

Our Golden, Tye, was treated for lymphoma by Dr. Waite at TOS Dogwood and finished his 6-month treatment 4 Years ago. I would like Dr Waite and her team to know that Tye is still with us, and he will turn 9 years old this month. The staff and service at the center are outstanding ! We took our 12 year old beagle, Tinker, to the center for an evaluation of his mast cell tumor. We were seen by Dr. Speas who presented all our options. Following her recommendation, we opted for chemotherapy. Fast forward a few months and Tinker is doing great. The office staff called him their "rock star". Thanks to Dr. Speas, our boy is still enjoying his wonderful quality of life.
