The vet had good bedside manner, but in our experience, a full colic exam was not performed and our mare was sent home. Less than 24 hours later, her condition worsened dangerously. If we had not sought care elsewhere, she would not have survived. We would not recommend this facility for colic cases.
We’ve had the most amazing experience with TN Equine Hospital. Dr. Rush has been incredible and she is so caring. We love our vets!!!
The staff is professional and courteous. The vets take time to explain everything regarding your animal. The wait time is not long and they have good candy.

There are not enough good things to say about TEH. This hospital, staff & doctors are above and beyond amazing. I've never had to hospitalize a horse before, but Drs Samantha and Kelsey were great! I work in small animal medicine, so being on the other side of the counter is a different experience for me, & my expectations were blown out of the water. The level of care , compassion & customer service is what I hope for everyone in any animal clinic setting to experience. 12/10 would recommend!
