Dr Newsome is an amazing vet. Her and her tech were great to work with and she was patient and thorough while discussing my horses exams and treatment. I can not recommend her enough. Previous experience with TN equine--Dr Killian treated my horses like pin cushions for IV shots. She finally let the tech give the IV shot and she was much better. I've never seen a vet treat an animal with less compassion. She was there for teeth floating and it was a terrible experience for my horses.
Highly recommend. All staff members were very thorough and cared about our horses and took time with each of them.
Dr. Hulbert has been very helpful in treating my filly for wound infection on her nose. Dr Dunlap has been my horse vet for about 8 years. He and his staff have provided routine and emergency services for us, and they are always professional, knowledgable and compassionate. I feel like my horses will get excellent veterinary care and they also take the time to be sure that I understand and am comfortable with the recommended treatments.
Love this place! They are an All animal hospital that come to my house to administer my dogs' vaccinations. Max loved the treatment and atmosphere of the hospital on Capshaw. He had an ear hematoma that they drained without any problems. Max is an older canine that I took to an Equine hospital in our home town, so he the atmosphere around the horses is perfect for him.
