I was so thankful to be squeezed in on a Saturday when my usual vet couldn't see us! The staff was very kind and understanding and Dr. Bredehoeft was comprehensive and took time to explain things throughly regarding my kitty. Will consider switching my pets to this vet in the future! :)
I bring Emmitt here and I am so glad that he got Dr. Mike to take care of him. I have never seen any vet in my life who could get back to me as quickly as he could. This criteria is the best customer service that I have never received from anywhere else before. Also he took times to explain and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Cunningham and the staff are the most compassionate group of professionals in the veterinary field I know. Our loving dog after 13.5 years collapsed early one morning. He had just played ball with me the night before but we had no idea he had a massive case of lung cancer. They saw us immediately as soon as they opened and helped us carry him in on a stretcher. Best veterinary clinic I have ever taken my cat to. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
My cat is not the easiest to handle when it comes to his annual exam. He is a tad on the grouchy side. But the staff at Switzerland Animal Hospital knew just how to handle him, and they were able to get everything taken care of. I would recommend Switzerland Animal Hospital to anyone seeking a caring and compassionate environment to bring their furry family members.
We have been bringing our Miniature poodle to Dr B since last April when we got him. The staff is incredibly caring and couldn't be more accommodating. I would not hesitate recommending this clinic to anyone.
