I've been going here for years with all my pets and yet when my young cat became sick this vet refused to treat him unless I paid $1500 upfront and refused to take payments. Furthermore, when I found a vet that WOULD take payments to save a cats life (Hampshire Veterinary Hospital in Amherst) I found out Sunderland didn't even do blood work on my cat before stating that he needed surgery and demanding up front payment for the whole surgery.
