Friendly and informative staff. When I had questions about a prognosis, both the doctor and techs answered my questions about my cat. So pleased.
Great place! Always friendly and caring!! No separate cat/dog waiting rooms so don’t go too early. If you’re the last appointment they are usually running late, but it’s because they take the time to ensure a good visit; they will stay late if you’re appointment goes long. They’ve never complained. The vet knows his stuff and keeps up to date on new studies and information. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
I cannot day enough good things about Dr Ellis (no relation) and his staff at SAH. This was our first visit here and to put it very lightly my pup behaves horribly at the vet and is terrified before even getting out of the car. Dr Ellis and his staff were BEYOND patient, caring, and gentle. It definitely helped Indy feel better that they had his favorite cookies to give out! He took a special liking to our vet tech Tammi. I am so thankful they put up with us and will allow us back! We have definitely found our new vet ���
Thank you so very much for the care and affection you gave to our cat. The doctor, vet tech, and staff were amazing!
