We took our dog in believing she had an upset stomach. Unfortunately it was way worse but the staff was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball. Thanks to them our Lily was able to feel a bit better during the last night of her life. We would highly recommend them.
Besides the wait of 20 customers at opening (not their fault) the team was nice to me., acknowledged me every time I was impatient due to being scared and it took a lot of time. The dr was amazing with my dog. And when my dog was given the injection to come back to., two staff members carried him in my room so he could wake up to me. Made me cry. My dog is my life! They made me feel like bae was as special to them. Overall great experience with a good outcome!
The staff is extremely helpful and patient with emergencies, and even non-emergency visits. They are caring, and aim to save people time and money.
We have a new puppy. Needless to say we “panicked” just a bit when jack started throwing up! The staff and the doctor were understanding and kind and took care of our little girl. We also saw them with other peoples pets and they were very caring even though there were lots of anxious dog parents.
The only negative part is your registration process. The site is not really user friendly and when you are experiencing an emergency would seem like you would want you clients to experience less stress. Perhaps your receptionists could do more of the intake

Our vet was booked out two weeks and we need to have our dog seen for a possible scratch to her eye, which could have potentially led to an infection. Our vet recommended contacting Solano-Napa emergency in order to have her looked at as soon as possible. Our pet’s injury was lower level ranking compared to true emergencies, however Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic was able to squeeze us in between necessary emergency appointments.
