This review is long overdue but I would like to thank all the staff here who helped my dog with his surgery he was in a lot of pain with what he had in his mouth. They carefully removed it, after he had a huge stitch on the side of his face. Now he is all healed and looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you guys so much me and Stacks really appreciate it.

The staff were so great with my sweet girl. I took my little terrier Sura in initially to get some skin tags removed that were bothering her. We ended up having to do a teeth cleaning as well. They took very good care of her and were very communicable with me which I appreciated. Thanks for taking such great care of my girl Serra Vet Hospital!

I have went to this vet for about a year and 6 months and have spent about 2000 dollars. They used to give me military discount and when I went this time they said that they don't give military discount anymore. I told them ok I will go else where. But they said I owe for examination for my dog. They never told me anything but gave me an estimate that was extremely high. The whole reason I went there was because my dog wasn't feeling good. I started taking my dog Poppy to Serra Veterinary Hospital nearly 3 years ago and I wouldn't trust to go anywhere else. Dr. Natt and the rest of his team are so caring and efficient. So glad Poppy has Serra Veterinary looking after her.

Late update, went to another vet, was recommended fish oil for dry skin. And was told Frankie doesn't have any present or recent evidence of fleas. Purchased some fish oil with omega 3 supplement. After adding it to Frankie's food, all the itching stoped within few days. All he had was dry itchy skin and not fleas.

Their prices are scammy to me. I took my dog here on 7/18/22 because he had a foxtail in his paw. They checked it out and brought out a price estimate of over $1,500!! That included sedation, blood tests, foxtail search and removal, and about 10 other things. I said, "You're telling me a foxtail costs more than getting neutered?" The lady, "Yes, we charge around the same for neutering a dog." I don't blame her, she seemed very nice and understanding. I blame the ridiculous pet owners who would actually pay that price. A few weeks ago, my dog was viciously attacked by a pit bull and had multiple injuries. We called Serra Vet and they took him in right away. Dr. Natt did extensive medical and surgical treatments to save his life. He was very thorough, competent, and excellent in his skills and communication process. Excellent customer service! I can't say enough about how they helped me out of a HUGE bind. Here's the story and how they became my boys' new vet! We were flying our 5 year old schnauzers - one miniature and one standard - from San Jose to Salt Lake City, UT.
