5 stars isn't enough to describe how well Dr. Natt and the entire team at Serra Veterinary took care of our cat Henry. It was our first time there and they took Henry in right away and examined him. The entire team was so kind, patient, and made us feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Natt is thorough and caring. He did a full work-up and was able to nurture Henry back to good health. After several years of searching for an excellent vet, I believe we have found one in Dr. Natt and his staff. Kind, caring and compassionate people. You couldn't ask for anyone better to run the front office than Cassandra. I highly recommend them.

I just visited Serra Veterinary Hospital for a wellness checkup for my one year old kitty. I had a great experience with the staff from the day I called for an appointment through the time I made his follow up appointment. The staff is kind, caring and the doctor did a thorough examination of my baby. I'm so grateful to the staff for being so kind and patient with us.
Quick update. As mentioned, Dr Neff suggested we see how my pup would do with some rest and rehab before suggesting surgery. Happily, our beagle is fully back to his crazy self. Knee issue resolved. No surgery. A lot of Vets and other doctors would have suggested surgery but happily the patience route worked. Thanks again!! .

When your faced with a scary situation regarding your little animal, it's so important to take them to a place where people care and want to help. This facility is so clean, staffed so very well and took care of my doggy with love and care! My dog was bit at the park and I ran here in a panic. They were able to help me and get me set up for future appointments. The pricing was great compared to many vets I've been to and my doggy is home happy with me We will definitely be back! I can fully recommend Dr Natt for any pet care, but particularly anything orthopedic. We came for a second opinion on our 8 year old who had a swelling on her leg and was limping. Our previous vet had done XRays with out sedation which were inconclusive and just suggested we to go to Sage for specialist care, MRI etc. I know from past experience they have long waiting lists and are very expensive (even by California standards). took our 12 year old dog to this vet to get his annual physical. We recently moved to the bay area from NYC and decided to choose this place because all the other vets in the area only had availability 1-2 months out. Was a big mistake!. They said he needed to be sedated to do the full checkup because he was uncooperative. I get it, our dog is aggressive but never in the 12 years has a vet told us he needed to be sedated to perform an exam.
