I want to give a huge shout-out to Sandy at Stafford Veterinary for going above and beyond for my cat Cherokee. When another clinic (Snip Society) pushed us aside, Sandy didn’t hesitate — she listened with compassion, advocated for us, and immediately reached out to the Doctor, who stepped in right away to help with a plan for supplements and fluids. I brought my pupper there for a second opinion of a broken tooth. Let me just say, this is a wonderful office with a great doctor and staff! I was so comfortable there, to ask any questions and not be made to feel like a bad dog mom or that it was a dumb question. They listened and were compassionate. And, as a bonus, they are less expensive than any other place I’ve been to! We have had 2 cats put down at Safford. The first time was a wonderful and peaceful experience and truly special for our cats and of life. The last time was with a different vet and was traumatic., He hated the vet and unfortunately at home wasn’t available but since we had such a good experience we brought him there. My cat was taken into another room for a catheter for medications, I was not happy about that but I figured ok, apparently they also gave him the sedation and when he was brought back in he was pretty much not ... read more
Dr Safford is the best most compassionate person, she even does house calls, my blind dog loves her so much. Her sraff is excellent, kind and knowledgeable and understanding and Kelly is wonderful, all the girl go above and beyond. Truly good people ❤️
Dr Laurie was calm and amazing at our home to make the in home euthanization process peaceful and quiet. A very tough and hard situation was made easier thanks to Safford. Highly recommend.
