Welcome to Rondout Valley Vets Here at RV Vets our services include both routine preventative and advanced veterinary medical and surgical care for your animal companion. We have been taking our animals to this clinic for well over a decade. Care has always been top notch and a discussion rather than a directive. As with any crew of rescues, we have had some difficult pets and RV Vets always accommodate us to the best of their abilities. The staff have led us through end of life treatment with three animals. Everybody is kind and caring. This past week they allowed us to say goodbye to our dog Rocky with dignity for him.
We are full time RVers, were in the Rondout area and unfortunately had to put our 14 year old Boston Terrier down. It’s difficult enough being somewhere unfamiliar but the team was empathetic from the first phone call all the way through the end. Our dog went peacefully and Dr Hartelius was amazing. He was so caring and he gave both huge hugs at the end. I wish this could have been our full time vet clinic, but we were very fortunate that we ended up at the right place at the right time. Thank you for your amazing service!
The doctors and staff at Round out Valley vets are incredible.My 6 year old kitty had to have her back leg removed due to a tumor that showed up in August. I thought it was just an abscess nope it's a tumor. the doctor did an amazing job on her amputation and everyone reassured me Mini would get along just fine on 3 legs .I want to thank everyone there for all their hard work especially Dr Laux

Cannot day enough good things about this place. All staff is extremely compassionate. Have taken our dogs to Dr Eric since 1995. (Maggie, Chase, Bess, King)Now we take Seamus and Finnegan. Extremely dedicated and caring staff.
