Front desk staff are very welcoming & friendly. Wait time to be seen for an appointment is never excessively long. Office environment, waiting area & exam rooms are always very clean. Very nice to have a separate cat waiting area. Very happy with the medical care - Dr. Rozak and Dr. Bernardino are extremely competent & compassionate in delivering care & treatment. Very satisfied with experiences at RAU Animal Hospital.
