We had a great visit today. Chris was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help our little Max. I appreciate it and I’m sure that Max was glad that he was there for him.

Dr. Rozak took the time to carefully explain everything that we needed to know. We have felt very comfortable with all of the vets that we have seen at Rau.
Everyone who works at Rau is awesome. From the receptionist to the tech and the vet! They treat my cats like the adorable little babies they are :-)

Always a pleasure to have Dr Kirchhoffer take care of my cats. She takes her time in examining them and never rushes if we have any concerns. She even remembers my other cats (we have 5) and checks to see how they are doing. I always recommend her if someone is looking for a new vet.

My cats and I have been seeing Dr. Kirchhoffer for many years and she always takes very good care of us. I first came to Rau with my mother as a child and remember Dr. Stuart Fox from that time many years ago. Thank you for your care over many many years.

I am always so impressed by the professional, caring treatment I get when I bring any of my 3 pets in for care. Whenever I call with a concern, the doctor or nurse call me back promptly. Everyone has time to listen to my concerns about my beloved animal family. Freddie, my pup is very anxious about doctor visits and everyone tries to care for him gently and without rush…I appreciate all the competent, tender care we get there. Bravo! You’re the best.

I was seen prior to my appointment time. The tech came out with a warm greeting, queried about the first selenium shot that Hobbes received and answered my concerns. Hobbes was taken to the back and I was finished with Hobbes appointment within 5 minutes! Effective and speedy, nice to have both at the end of the day. The appointment time was 8:20 p.m.
