Yes Laura was welcoming and efficient at the front desk. Laura helped me to feel relaxed and welcome. Dr Murphy did an excellent job with Buddy,my 15 year old Scottish Cairn Terrier.She had clearly reviewed Buddys file prior to our visit which means a lot. Dr Murphy also was thorough,professional and knowledgeable during our visit. I would definitely use her again.
