I was able to schedule a wellness appointment online and complete check-in in advance. Dr. Schuljak and the vet tech are wonderful. They are great communicators and took the time to answer all my questions patiently and knowledgeably. I never felt rushed and my bird was handled with care and gentleness. Thank you team!
I can’t say enough good things about my experiences here! You can feel the love and care as soon as you open the door! I’ve been a few times and been attended by different staff and always had a great experience. Immediate attention, patient explanations, and motivated by concern and not money. I have brought foster dogs there and they helped me promote, and brought a stray and they helped me see if there was a chip and did a general well being check in the lobby with me. Ive been taking my pug, Funfetti to Queen City since I adopted her. Dr. Schuljak is amazing and listens to all concerns I have. And Stacey is her favorite vet tech who can handle my very happy wiggly girl! Highly recommend them for all my furbabies and reptiles 💕
I am finally getting around to this review. I am deeply disappointed after years of my dog being a patient here. With each yearly wellness exam, I bring a note in my phone of questions to ask. One of the questions has always been, “Is it time for a dental cleaning?” I have always been told no, that his teeth are fine.
