Sweet, friendly staff! They made us very comfortable under unfortunate circumstances. Very informative and did not rush us. Can't appreciate the staff more having to console people in losing their beloved pet.

This place is truly great! They are very responsive and accommodating and care for their patients! There was a bit of a scheduling mix up regarding the app and my real appointment time -- the cat clinic was closed until afternoon and i arrived at 8am (due to me thinking that's when my appointment was). They said my appt wasn't until afternoon, but Dr. Shelle was so so kind and went ahead and took care of my girl rather than having me come back 5 hours later. I have been bringing all of my pets (Dogs and cats) to PRPH since 2005. They are amazing! They are attentive, have gotten my pets in immediately if I ever had a concern, provide quality care and everyone I've worked with has been nothing but kind and compassionate. I can't rate them highly enough. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

Everyone a Eastside Animal Hospital has been nothing more than accommodating. They have been able to get all of my pets in for a visit when I've had an emergency and I'm so happy I found them! Definitely recommend.

I have lived in multiple cities with my dog and this is by far my favorite vet I've ever been to. I started going here during the pandemic when we were not allowed to accompany our pets inside, which was new and scary for me, and I've stuck with them ever since. The staff loves your pets as if they are their own and I trust them 100%!

Brought my dog Charlie to Dr. Wasserman. Easy to understand, personable and diagnosed the problem in a few seconds. Staff friendly and clearly like animals. Got the appointment in the morning and had to delay it because I had men working in my home. They were very nice about allowing me to have a later time. no wait to be seen. What could be better!

I was recommended to this vet by my boyfriends mom, and I'm so glad I took my sick kitty here! The staff was very friendly and thorough when diagnosing my cats sickness. most importantly they were transparent about pricing when I asked.

This pet hospital and care center CANNOT be beat. We have been other places for our dog and cat, and this place of amazing doctors and techs is above and beyond what we have seen elsewhere. Denise Chase is absolutely fantastic!!! She is warm and caring, and shows genuine love and concern for your fur baby. She is highly intelligent and very thorough when explaining your visit. i've been taking my sweet pup here for a couple of years now, & i've met with most of the staff at some point. everyone is always so friendly, & efficient. it's clear they all care about my dog, & me! at every chance i get, i refer folks to this practice, & will continue to do so (even as the prices increase...which they have, but i hope this is due to employees getting better compensation-- they deserve it!) thanks p ridge pet hospital staff! y'all rock :-)
