RecommendedYesterday was my first visit to Pine Creek with my little Pearl. It is very important to me that she is treated with love & kindness & a gentle hand. This is the reason I switched vets after so many years. We are very happy to say that this is exactly what we received at Pine Creek. The Dr. & Technician both handled her with care & approached her gently so she was more comfortable being held. They took the time to listen to my concerns & acknowledge & addressed them, that is something you just don't find anymore.
They worked us in late last night and took excellent care of our Beagle.
Riley and I were very pleased with our first visit. I feel they listened to my concerns and took time to get to know Riley! Thank you!
I just want to take a moment about the AMAZING care my dog (baby) Wally has received here. After a failed surgery at another office last week, I had no idea what to do or where to turn. After talking to several people, Pine Creek was recommended to me MULTIPLE times. I called the office in tears on Saturday, begging to have Wally seen. Stephanie got me in right away, and everyone was so nice and kind to myself and to Wally. This is the MOST AMAZING veterinary hospital I've ever taken any of my pets to. The staff and doctors and vet techs are all incredibly professional and friendly and so knowledgeable. The hospital in its entirety is immaculate and just a pleasure to walk into. Thank you for taking such great care of Chipper. Yesterday was our second vet visit for our new member of our household, Mora Aislin. She is a 12 week old soft coated Wheaton terrier. Dr Starman and her tech kept Mora feeling confident, calm and loved. They were thorough, efficient and informative. We relocated from Calif. a few months ago & needed to find a veterinarian for our two cats Kobe & Vinny. Our first visit we found the entire staff so friendly & professional. Dr. Cristy spent so much time with each cat & was very thorough explaining her findings & concerns with us. We are very happy to have found Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital for our boys.
We took our fur children to them and they treated them and us with the upmost care. We love them!
