PetMed was very very good. Very kind. Understanding. Willing to listen. Thorough. Gentle. Responsive. PetMed is filling a huge hole in the pet care fabric. Thank you to all the staff and doctors from Ling and I.
The best care I’ve received from any vet! We’ve taken both of our dogs here an do the team is caring, explains all procedures thoroughly, giving an itemized quote for suggested treatments. When my beloved dog passed sway from an accident, Dr Kessel smd team worked on her for 18 minutes after her heart stopped. It was terrible but we got the best of care. They were wonderful! Our other dog recovered nicely after being ill. Can’t support them enough !
NOTE: They do not do vaccines here but will gladly help you find a vet who does. It's more expensive than a regular vet ($180 to be seen + fees for treatment that add up quickly) but my goodness what outstanding care and staff!! I've traveled all over the US and Canada with my cat and this is one of the top 2 cat vets I've seen. Each member of staff was calm, friendly, professional, and competent. I took my cat in for urinary problems and ended up with a new surprising diagnosis for my cat. Dr. Kissel and the staff at PetMed were absolutely amazing helping me understand my options during this transition and were very supportive. They took great care of my cat and helped me with my concerns. I would highly recommend PetMed, they do a great job.
PetMed Urgent Care has my heart, If it wasn’t for Dr. Kissel, Priscilla, and the amazing staff, as well as, Dr. Raleigh at Cerro Alto who also leant his time and efforts.
