Pet Vac worked us in when I realized we were leaving town with vaccines one week overdue. We had an excellent and reasonably priced visit, scheduled within 2 hours. The staff was friendly and experienced. Our 15 year old cat was able to get the 3 years rabies shot and won't have to make this trip again for awhile. Our vet and his assistant took lots of time and explained previous bloodwork very well. Our cat got great care.

Have been a lifetime client with this business but today I'm deeply saddened and disappointed. When needed in the past , they were more than willing but not today. Given, they are under new management and have different methods of operation than previous owner did. But, my wirehaired dachshund was experiencing distress and when I tried to secure an appointment, they had no time-slots and therefore can't take him today. Recommended someone closer. This company use to be affordable. Now with the new owners it’s more expensive. The owners before cared for your pet and it felt genuine. The new owners rush your appointment, doesn’t take the time to react with your pet to make them comfortable to go through the process of the appointment. They refer medication or anesthesia and want you to come back. My pet doesn’t recognize the new owners so of course he is going to be concerned of his surroundings. I can not thank these amazing ladies enough!! I brought my little Tazzy boy in after four days of symptoms he tested positive for parvo, unfortunately he was really sick and with limited money at the time i wasn’t sure they would be able to help. Kind staff that prioritizes getting animals into the rooms rather than keeping them in the small waiting area. As a reactive dog owner, this is a huge plus.
