I’m beyond disappointed with the lack of care and basic compassion I experienced with this clinic. I called 30 minutes before closing because my dog was having a severe allergic reaction—this wasn’t a routine question or something that could wait. Instead of offering any guidance, support, or even minimal concern, I was told they wouldn’t see her and that my only option was to drive 1.5 to 2 hours to an emergency clinic. Today we had to rush our fur baby Gunner to them. We had to make the hard decision to put him to sleep as he was suffering and they were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The sweetest employees were very caring and the Dr was so patient with us. We are so thankful for you all. A photo of our boy. We will miss him so much.
I brought my Dog Dash in this Saturday morning. I called in a panic due to his upset stomach and the lady who answered the phone was wonderful! When I came in, I didn’t have to wait very long and the staff were great. The vet tech, Darren was awesome. She made my dog and I feel very comfortable. Her customer service was amazing!! We went in yesterday knowing we likely would not be leaving with our 8-year-old cat Adah still breathing. She had been battling a prolonged illness and had taken a severe turn overnight. We drove 40 minutes from Dothan because we had no other options, and honestly I am so grateful that this is where we ended up. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Our visit was quick but it certainly was not lacking in grace and care. Dr. Washburn was very thorough and listens to your concerns. They provided me an estimate of cost before treatment and it did not hurt my wallet, especially for the quality of care we recieved! They keep the lobby and exam room very neat and tidy.
