Dr Bisson and his staff were so helpful and caring when our Doberman needed emergency surgery. They worked well past closing time to make sure everything was ok. And Dr Bisson continued to lend support and advice in the days following the surgery, which is very much appreciated. Thank you so, so much!!

We were directed there this evening by our normal vet and they were absolutely wonderful. They got us in and out efficiently, were kind and took great care of my cat, and their prices were incredibly reasonable. Really grateful for them today!

Even though our Rocky passed away, the staff at the urgent care were extremely empathetic and kind. They even went so far to get a 2nd opinion from Auburn. We felt like family there.

First thing is i love all God's wonderful four legged creatures but cats have a special place in my heart. As I was leaving the house this morning I saw a injured kitten that was clearly hit by a car i managed to get him in a pet carrier and brought it inside while I made some phone calls. So I called several vets in the area Pet Urgent Care was one of them. I explained the situation and needed to euthanize this poor cat. They replied it will be $250 for an exam and euthanasia. Everyone at this office was extremely nice, helpful, and caring. My daughter insisted on going with me and they even printed her out pictures to color while we waited. The wait was long but was expected since it is a pet urgent care and was on a Sunday so they have limited staff. The pricing was also reasonable being that it was an emergency and a weekend visit and they even offer a military discount. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing to bring their pet in to be seen!
