We have had nothing but excellent experiences with the kind, compassionate team at Pawsative Wellness for the last four years. Our senior dogs received the best care. As an owner, the staff were very sensitive and open to listening to us humans as well. When the time came to put our pets down, each experience was calm, and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about Pawsitive Wellness Veterinary Care. From the amazingly compassionate staff and vet team to the outstanding medical care, Pawsitive Wellness is the best in Eugene. Anytime I have had to bring in one of my three dogs, they have always listened to my concerns and were very caring for my pups. Pawsitive is the only place I trust for my pet care. Dr. Hewitt is especially amazing, and the office staff are top-notch (thank you Wendy and Jenny!). Dr. Hewitt put both of our cats on paths toward health after some rocky diagnoses. Both are doing amazing now. Thank you for all of your help and care with Howie and Frankie! So happy we found Pawsitive Wellness! We left another local vet after several bad experiences over the years. Our first visit to Pawsitive Wellness was polar opposite and so wonderful! The staff are super nice, decor of the office is fresh and clean, we got in right on time, had coffee offered to us, Dr. Hewitt was amazing with our large (and nervous) Akita/Husky/Shepherd. Great service. The Vets and techs know what they are talking about. They are willing to help with what you need for your four legged creatures. I had my service dog looked at after a tumble and she is doing great now.
