We love this vet! While we were on vacation my mom brought our Teddy here when he had an emergency. She said the staff was so wonderful so we made the switch. Dr. Firestein is an absolute gem! You can tell she really cares about your fur baby! Also Kayla is a very attentive tech. She made Teddy comfortable during his appointment. What a beautifully renovated facility with a lovely staff! 🩷🩷🩷
I can’t say enough good things about Owings Mills Veterinary Center and Dr. Fierstein! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly responsive, thorough, and truly dedicated to helping me and my cat, Toby, as we prepared for our international move. Thus far, I have been extremely pleased with this vet facility. They are prompting calling back and they take care of issues expeditiously. I was very happy with the front desk, staff and very pleased with his vet care. I have been to other vet facilities previously and none compared. My cat is extremely anxious and needs extra TLC which they were able to provide. Thank you, Owings Mills vet center for making this visit more pleasant.
I have been a customer here in the past but it was during Covid so I was never able to meet staff. I had to bring my sick kitty here and both Katie (the receptionist) and Kayla, the tech are two of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met in the "veterinary care" world. Kayla made me feel like the BEST pet mom in the world. Kudos to you all for continuing to make your customers feel like family.
I take all of my pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) to Owings Mills Vet Center. We LOVE them! After being clients of other local vets and being dissatisfied, my pets receive compassionate, knowledgeable care here and I can always count on them to give the best health advice for my fur babies whom have complex issues to deal with. My pets never protest to come here and Dr. Jasmine Franklin is amazing! A bonus that I can order most of my pet's meds online at very reasonable prices and can schedule emergency visits as well!
