This was my first time going to this practice. My experience was nothing but excellent. Dr. Joel Huffman was very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a very thorough evaluation of my dog. We were just there for an ear infection, but he went over many other aspects for my dogs health. The other staff there were also very friendly and welcoming.
Awesome staff, have had 2 of our dogs taken here. When our last dog passed they allowed my daughter to come back and see him on pillows and blankets to say her goodbyes. No complaints what so ever!
I have a 11 month old Chow Chow. Chow Chows temperment are possesive of his owners, and so LOYAL that they do not allow themselves to be petted by strangers. He growls and barks. Dr. Flieg was NOT afraid of him. She and her tech took their time to make him feel comfortable and safe. He let her do the complete physical! can't say enough about this place! They go above and beyond. Only complaint I have is they are not 24 hrs :( I don't want to have to go anywhere else in an emergency

I want to thank Dr. Huffman and his staff for the wonderful care my beloved dog Amber received last week. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to end Amber’s journey here on Earth and Dr. Huffman and his staff were so kind, caring, and compassionate. I’m so very grateful to all of them. Everyone here is super nice. you can tell they love animals, big or small. Amanda and Dr Kennedy were so gentle and compassionate with my sick little guinea pig. and the ladies (Heather and the other women I can't remember her name) I spoke to on the phone that kept me calm.. thank you. I highly recommend this office to anyone.
